Since spending time in the Republic of Georgia over the past year, I have been constantly impressed with the young women and men I have met in the country's capital of Tbilisi. This generation was born during the Rose Revolution, suffer current hardships from the Georgian-Russian conflict last year and struggle to obtain higher education while fulfilling extremely taxing family duties.

These are the bright stars of Tbilisi, and in my mind, they are the country's greatest hope and resource.
